Looking at my bill with NPOWER, I&#039;ve noticed another sneaky trick. 

There are two levels of charges for units: a high one for the initial ones, and then a lower one after that. 

However, instead of keeping the cut-off point constant, they have a higher level in winter than summer. The effect is to ensure that as many units as possible are at the highest charging level possible (as one tends not to use as much in warm weather). Very sneaky.</description>
